For sports lovers, we provide a space for bicycles in summer and a ski room with attached boot warmers in winter.

We provide all customers with free private parking!

Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel and in all rooms.

There are ashtrays available on all balconies and terraces.

Reservation is binding after written confirmation from us and upon payment of a deposit by bank transfer or credit card with written permission for deduction of the agreed amount

We kindly ask that you pay for your stay on the day before your departure, we accept cash and credit card payments (except Diners and AMEX)

Something can always happen, we recommend you buy a travel insurance, against cancellation, interruption and/or delayed arrival of your trip, so that you do not have to pay penalties or lose your deposit.

Under the Italian Consumer Code there is no right of revocation, however we know that unforeseen events can happen therefore we implement the following cancellation conditions:

• In case of cancellation up to 1 month before arrival, the deposit is refunded up to 100%, less the cost of sending this, or kept valid for a future stay within 1 year of cancellation.
• From 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date, if the room is re-rented the deposit will be kept valid for a future stay to be made within one year, otherwise it will be lost
• In case of late arrival or early departure from the booked period, all booked days will be counted in case the room is not re-rented.
• In case of no show, the deposit will not be returned.

The tourist tax is not included in the cost of the room, so it will have to be added to the total cost of your stay.

This is equivalent to €1.50 per day for guests over 12 years old.

Pets are welcome!

Please let us know if you would like to bring it with you on vacation. There may be an additional charge for final room cleaning and sanitizing.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage done.

Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room, should you wish to have breakfast with your friend we will find a solution!
