Rooms are equipped with private bathroom, ( toilet, shower, sink and hair dryer), telephone, satellite television, refrigerator and safe.

For sports lovers we provide a space for bicycles in summer and in winter a ski room with attached boot warmers.

In winter we also provide a ski room, upon reservation and at extra charge, at the start of the Burz lift

Free wifi available throughout the facility, password is available in rooms.

We provide all customers with free private parking!

Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel and in all rooms.

There are ashtrays available on all balconies and terraces.

Something can always happen on a trip, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance, against cancellation, interruption and/or delayed arrival of your trip, so you do not have to pay penalties or lose your deposit.

Under the Consumer Code there is no right of cancellation, however we know that unforeseen events can happen therefore we implement the following in case of full or partial cancellation policies are applied:

• • Up to 30 days prior to arrival: the deposit paid will be refunded in full, less the cost of sending this
  • Between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be kept good for a future stay, (maximum validity 2 years)
  • From 14 days until “no show”: if the room is not fully re-rented, a penalty of 100% of the cost of the room will be charged.
  • Late arrival or early departure: a fee of 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged

The tourist tax is not included in the cost of the room, so it will have to be added to the total cost of your stay.

This is equivalent to €1.50 per day for guests over 12 years old.

Please let us know if you would like to bring it with you on vacation. There may be an additional charge for final room cleaning and sanitizing.

We provide dog bowls and a kennel for your friend’s stay; please let us know the size of the dog.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage done.

Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room, should you wish to have breakfast with your four-legged friend we will find a solution.
